RC

RC is a large 4 bedroom detached house set in a rural location, with a provision to divide the home into two separate self-contained units, each with two beds. It is situated two miles from the main road that runs between Ower and Romsey, surrounded by trees and farm land and is well maintained.

The nearest train station is Romsey, which is four miles away with links to the South West, Southampton and London. The amenities in Romsey, include shops, sporting and leisure facilities. Southampton is 9 miles away, the south coast twenty miles. The home is four miles from the NFC head office in Bartley. There is access to The New Forest some four miles away.

The property has very warm, light and spacious rooms, furnished to a high standard and allows for flexibility to meet the needs of the Young People in residence. There is a large garden area to the rear of the property which can be used as a safe play area. There is a lounge, dining room and a kitchen that has a good range of equipment for use by Young People in each of the self–contained units of the home.

Each young person has their own bedroom, which is furnished, comfortable, welcoming and large enough to house a study desk and personal belongings. Children and Young People are encouraged to bring their own possessions, such as stereo, television, cherished toys or items of important value.
