What a great end to a long half term. This week we reflected on the last school year, played an escape room challenge, visited Blackgang Chine, did some team building and ended with our now traditional family BBQ. To say we are proud of our amazing students would be an understatement. It is an absolute joy to see confidence bloom, leadership emerge, smiles return and of course academic improvement. We hope everyone enjoys the Summer break and we look forward to seeing everyone back safely in September ❤️❤️

This week we had 2 GREAT trips - Harry Potter Studios for our younger students and Marwell Zoo, fully planned by, budgeted by and attended by Year 9 ❤️Even with diversions and traffic jams we had a great time ❤️
Last week we got to spend the morning at the IW College. It was great to hear about all the post 16 course options and see the amazing facilities. Thank you so much for having us ❤️

We have been working with Portraits by Fleur for a few weeks now and today we have some finished otter portraits. They look absolutely amazing ! Everyone is really impressed!
When the ice cream van visits the local garage it would be rude not to get a post lunch refresher! A big thank you to our staff and students who have coped so well during the heat, with little to no moaning 🍦and thank you Wight whippy's039;s for stopping to chat ❤️
We managed to find shade inside and out today - we especially loved the air conditioning at Mountbatten Isle of Wight café! We also had a go at making our own fans! 🥵We were able to drop off the £175 that our students raised through selling their handmade items for the hospice and collect our Walk the Wight medals 🏅 Thanks again to Ztam & Co Holliers Tunnel Market Isle of Wight Traders and All In One for supporting us. It really means a lot. A special shout out to John’s Glass who has items for sale in Ztam and who donated his own profits to the students, as well as The Artistic Caulkhead at Holliers for their generous donation
