He has 25 years’ experience across Mainstream, PRU, Outdoor Education, and Alternative Provision. A qualified SENDCo and Fellow of the Chartered College of Teaching, he holds an MSc in Educational Leadership, an MEd in Autism and SEND, and a PGCert in Educational Psychometric Testing. He is currently completing a doctorate at the University of Portsmouth on Supporting Neurodiversity in Education and training to become a specialist dyslexia assessor.
Jane has twenty years of experience delivering Alternative and Outdoor
Education to SEN young people and has supported students in mainstream and residential schools as a welfare officer. She is currently undertaking her NPQ in Leading Behaviour and Culture.
Beth has many years of experience as an outdoor education teacher and pastoral lead. She is a well-qualified outdoor leader and utilises her vast experience to deliver academic subject knowledge in an
engaging way in outdoor settings.

Lianne has twenty years of experience as a primary teacher who specialises in re-engaging young people back into education in a fun and engaging way. Lianne is a trainee SENCo undertaking a Level 7 award in educational leadership and is working on developing our literacy intervention programmes for Key Stage 2.
Steph has lots of years of experience as an outdoor education tutor and forest school leader, Steph is well-qualified to support educational programmes by transferring and embedding their learning outside.
Lucy is a qualified primary teacher with a degree in Education, Special Needs and Disability. Lucy is committed to making a difference in the lives of young people with
specific educational needs and has
experience working in mainstream schools, reception settings and PRUs.
