Gender Pay Gap Report
New Forest Care is proud to publish its gender pay gap report, year-on-year. The gender pay gap is the percentage difference in the average hourly wage of all men and women across our workforce, regardless of their role.
We are advocates of our children, and putting their safety and well-being first is at the centre of our decision making. Our people are at the heart of this and so we understand the importance of being open and fair in how we pay them.
