“I wanted to praise you all for the excellent work you are doing with R. R has come on leaps and bounds, even sprints! Her ability to communicate is so great to see and it is clear she is really happy. She really shows she is comfortable in her home and that the home offers her a family type feel. It is clear that the way the staff engage and the way the home is open to R that it feels like her home and that she is part of a family, be it that the family is a little different.

It was a real pleasure to see R last Tuesday and see the ongoing progress she is making and the commitment you all have towards her. Most impressively everyone always speaks so positively and praising of R, even when challenges are discussed, you speak about the positive outcomes and learning more about R from these challenges.
